Private perimenopause & menopause tracker

Walk into your appointment with answers, not just a feeling that something changed.

Peri & Meno Planner is a private tracker you keep as a single file on your computer. Log symptoms, cycle, sleep, and medications in about a minute a day, then print a one-page summary your doctor can scan.

  • Quick Mode for foggy days. One switch keeps only the essentials: symptoms, bleeding, sleep, medications, and mood.
  • A one-page Doctor Summary of your last 7, 30, or 90 days, ready to print or save as a PDF.
  • Made for irregular cycles. Track spotting, flow, and clots, with a gentle note when your cycles vary a lot.

What you receive: one file, index.html, that opens in your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox). It is not an app-store app and does not install. Works best in a computer browser. On a phone or tablet it can work too, but local files are less reliable there, so back up often.
Why this exists

It’s not your fault you go blank when your doctor asks, “So, what brings you in today?”

You’re awake at 3:12 AM with your heart racing and the sheets damp. Your period comes 19 days apart one month and 48 the next. Words slip away mid-sentence, your joints ache, and things you used to enjoy feel exhausting.

Then you finally get a 10-minute appointment, and the fog takes over. Without dates and details in your hand, it’s easy to walk out with a quick “that can be normal” and no real answers.

A dated record of your symptoms, sleep, and cycle gives the conversation something concrete to start from.

Without a system

  • Scattered notes in your phone that are hard to summarize in 10 minutes.
  • Many period apps are subscriptions built around fertility, and keep your data on company servers.
  • Long journals you give up on after three days of brain fog.
  • Not remembering when you changed your patch, or whether a bad night came before a bad day.

After 30 days with the planner

  • A short check-in in Quick Mode, even on your most tired days.
  • A clear view of how short nights line up with your next-day symptoms.
  • Irregular cycles, spotting, and clots tracked, with no fertility clutter.
  • A one-page summary in your hand when you walk into the room.

Simple by design

From overwhelmed to appointment-ready in 3 steps

1

Download and open the file

Save index.html in a folder you’ll remember and open it in your browser. Bookmark it for one click next time. No account, no install.

2

Tap what you feel (about a minute)

Pick today’s symptoms and how strong they were, note any bleeding, and check off your medications. On a low-energy day, switch on Quick Mode.

3

Review and print

Open Trends to see patterns over 7, 30, or 90 days. Before your visit, export a one-page Doctor Summary to print or save as a PDF.

Good to know: your entries are saved in your browser on that computer. Always open the same file the same way, and use Data → Export data every week or two as a backup. The planner reminds you after 14 days.
About 1 minute

Quick Mode keeps your daily check-in short, even when you’re exhausted.

0 accounts

No sign-up, no cloud servers, no subscription. Your health history stays with you.

1 page

Your Doctor Summary fits on one page, whether you choose 7, 30, or 90 days.

See it in action

A check-in that takes about a minute

Switch on Quick Mode, tap the symptoms you felt, and mark your bleeding. That is it. Your day is saved, and the patterns build quietly in the background.

  • Tap each symptom, then rate it Mild, Moderate, or Severe.
  • Mark Day 1 and the planner works out your cycle day.
  • Sleep, medications, and mood in a few taps.

A phone-sized view of the same planner, shown with sample data. It works best in a computer browser.

What’s inside

Everything in one private file

Built around the things people actually bring up in a perimenopause or menopause appointment.

Quick Mode

One switch hides the long sections so you log only the essentials. Nothing is deleted, and it all comes back when you switch it off.

Symptom Tracker

12 built-in symptoms plus your own. Rate each Mild, Moderate, or Severe and jot down triggers in your notes.

Cycle & Bleeding

Log spotting, flow, and clots, and mark Day 1 yourself. See cycle day, average, and range, with a note when cycles vary by 7 days or more or 60 days pass.

Sleep & Medications

Sleep hours are calculated across midnight. Track medications, supplements, and HRT notes, and add your usual list in one tap.

Trends

7, 30, and 90-day views: symptom heatmap, most frequent symptoms, how your symptoms line up with nights under 6 hours, plus sleep, mood, energy, and medication consistency.

Doctor Summary & printables

A one-page summary with your own questions for the appointment (with your sleep-and-symptom pattern once there is enough data), plus a Daily sheet and a Weekly overview. Print or save as PDF.

A note from the SeasonShift team

Tracking midlife shouldn’t need another subscription.

We made this because keeping track of your own health shouldn’t mean another account, another monthly fee, or another place your private information lives.

It’s one file, on your computer, and it’s yours. It records and organizes what you tell it. It doesn’t diagnose or replace your doctor, but it can make the first minute of your appointment a lot easier.

In their words

Why women are choosing a private tracker

“My gynecologist actually thanked me for the 1-page printout”

“I used to walk into my OB-GYN visits with a messy list in my Notes app and leave feeling dismissed. I brought the 1-page Doctor Summary from this planner last week. My doctor scanned the symptom severity table and cycle range in 30 seconds and adjusted my estradiol patch right there.”

— Rebecca M., Age 46 · Customer

“Quick Mode saved me on my worst brain-fog weeks”

“Every other tracker I bought was a 50-page PDF that overwhelmed me after three days. Being able to flip on Quick Mode, tap my symptoms and sleep in 45 seconds, and use Dark Mode at 3:00 AM without blinding myself is a total game-changer.”

— Danielle K., Age 43 · Customer

“No monthly subscription and my data stays with me”

“I refused to pay $60 a year for a period app that shares reproductive health data and keeps asking if I’m trying to conceive. This works offline, remembers my daily supplements, and cost less than a single office copay.”

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

What exactly do I receive after I buy?

One file named index.html. Double-click it and it opens in your web browser. Save it somewhere safe, and copy it to a second place (a USB drive or a cloud folder, for example) so you can always open it again.

Where is my health information stored? Can anyone else see it?

Your entries are stored only in your browser’s local storage on your own device. The planner has no accounts, no cloud servers, and no analytics. Nobody, including us, can see, collect, or sell what you write.

Do I need internet to use it?

No. Once you have the file, the planner works fully offline. It does not make network connections to save or process your entries.

Can I install it as an app or add it to my home screen?

Not this version. It is a file you open in your browser, so it does not install like an app-store app. Bookmark it in your browser for one-click access.

Can I use it on my phone or tablet?

It works best in a computer browser. On a phone or tablet it can work too, but those devices handle local files differently and storage can be less reliable, so we recommend a computer for your main log. If you try it on a phone or tablet, export a backup often.

What if I clear my browser data or get a new computer?

Your entries live in your browser, so clearing site data can erase them. That is why the planner has Data → Export data (it reminds you after 14 days). To move to a new computer, copy the file over, export from the old one, and use Import data in the new one.

Can I use it on more than one device?

Yes. Copy the file to each device. Entries do not sync automatically, so move them between devices with Export data and Import data.

What if a new version comes out later?

Your file keeps working exactly as it is. Your entries are stored separately from the file, so you can export them from your old file and import them into a newer one.

What if I’m having a foggy day and can’t journal?

Turn on Quick Mode, right under the date. It keeps only the essentials (intention, energy, symptoms, cycle, sleep, medications, and mood) and hides the long sections. Nothing is deleted.

Do I need to be sure I’m in perimenopause or menopause?

No. It is for tracking what you experience, whether you are in perimenopause, in menopause, or simply noticing changes and want to talk to a health professional about them.

Does the planner give medical advice?

No. It is a personal organization and symptom-tracking tool, not a medical device. It shows patterns in what you enter and does not diagnose or recommend treatment. Always consult a qualified health professional about diagnosis, hormone therapy, or medication changes.

Is it available in other languages?

The planner is currently in English only.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the planner isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you.
